Heber Reunion

We had a great family reunion in Heber this year. The cabin was really fun with a theater room, a pool table and a ping pong table and a great kitchen to accommodate all our guests! We did a couple day trips to the Heber Valley Railroad and the Lindon pool. We also had some fun water games and a karaoke night. Unfortunately I don't have very many pictures of the trip. But here are some great family photos!

This is the only shot I got at karaoke night. Alex is having fun with Uncle Adam! We need to get our act together cause no one really sang this year! But I do have a cute video of a song Eden did.

Kickin' It

Alex was actually pretty sick when I took this. His high fever made him pass out watching a movie. It's very uncharacteristic for this one who's always up at 6 and doesn't stop going til bed time. Kind of strange to seem him asleep during the middle of the day!

Well, now everyone needed their picture taken and I happily obliged. Nothing like movie time in the afternoon. Cute little Ian likes to be in on it too!

Happy Father's Day!

The kids decorated some beautiful cards and even a handmade tie for Kimball for Father's Day.

He got some chocolate and a couple other fun presents. He's one terrific Dad that's for sure!

Splish Splash

What is it about babies in a bathtub that is so irresistible? Ella kept talking about how cute he was; his little arms and legs and cute tummy. Such a cutie!

Ian's Walking!

Ian started walking around mid-June. I got a couple cute videos of him attempting it as well as his cute Spiderman crawl.

Fuzzy Friends

I'm not entirely sure why the kids wanted pictures of their stuffed animals, but they did. Here's Alex with Floppity, Big Neigh-Neigh and Little Neigh-Neigh.

Will with quite a few more! They sure love their stuffed animals. I guess I'd rather have these collecting in the house than their living counterparts. But Will keeps his quite organized! While we were living in this tiny apartment Will and Alex and Mom and Dad shared this room. Our bed is on the opposite wall. It was cozy!

Aunt Lynne's Wedding

In June I got to fly out with my sisters and brother to Lynne and Don's wedding. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. I was really grateful to be there and soak in the love and joy that accompanied the sweet ceremony. This is one of my favorite pictures of Lynne getting ready right before the wedding. It doesn't get better than that! =)

Lauren brought her kids but most of us opted to fly solo. Here's Erika holding baby Evelyn. So sweet!


Cameron and Eden were beautiful flower girls. They remind me of Greek goddesses.

This is inside the chapel. It seemed like the windows were picture frames for the beautiful trees outside. During the ceremony the sun came shining in from the windows above, it was so bright and lovely. It was like we all got wrapped up in the warmth of love and joy of the wedding.

Dad gave a great toast after Don's daughter. I think everyone felt what a great day it was. And great food! I don't know if I've had an authentic meal like that ... ever!

Just before Lynne and Don left, we gave her a gift of some photos we had from her visits as we were growing up. It was fun to reminisce and create a little album of memories for them.
