February artwork

Will made the Roman sandals on the right and the dog picture out of tiny little dots. Ella made the see- through heart. February is a great month. I dedicated that month to myself and read 12 books. It was awesome. It's a great month to relax after the holidays and rest before Spring comes along with all of it's cleaning and preparing to work outside. I took full advantage, with Kimball's help of course!

Happy Valentine's Day!

The kids got some cute stickers and stationary and a love note for Valentine's Day.

Kimball got me these gorgeous roses and I got a couple fun balloons, too.

Ella being silly. It was a sweet day, they were all really nice to each other and Ella and Will even helped Ian and Alex with their little gifts.

Grandma Bobbi and I took Will and Ella and Alex to see Dallin and Cameron and Eden in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. They did a GREAT job. It was so fun and colorful. Alex kept bouncing and dancing on my lap. At one point after a song about thinking positive Alex asked me if "positive" was a bad word. It made me giggle. Also during the scene where Charlie and Grandpa have to burp to get down it made me chuckle to see all the boys convulsing with laughter and Ella just sitting there quietly, like "what's the big deal?" It was a good time.

Big Boy

Sometimes we run out of ideas of what to feed this boy. I finally decided to try a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I wasn't sure what he'd do with it. It was so cute watching him look at it and try to figure out where to bite it.

He did a really good job. I can't believe how big he's getting. We've started teaching him sign language and it's been really cute to see him say "all done" and "more". It's also helpful that he's started nodding and shaking his head to help us know what he wants. He sure is cute.

Put me in Coach

Alex wanted me to take a picture of him with Floppity and his Big Dog from Christmas. Mimi thought she should join in the picture. She is a dog after all...
